Suggest Treatment For Frequent Body Tremors When Diagnosed With MDD

I am 45 years old...i have been diagnosed with MDD. I am averse to taking medicines for this. However I am experiencing physical symptoms like frequent tremors for which my psychotherapist has suggested Serta 25 for 2 months. Should I? What are the side effects?
