Suggest Treatment For Frequent Sinus Infections

I get sinus infections frequently, so I called my doctor and they gave me the antibotics, however I have a very bad cough, and it hurts when I breathe, I can hear myself wheezing as well. I have phgelm as well that just won't come up. I have incidents where I just have coughing fits, and Im throwing up but nothing but saliva is coming up. Do I need to go back to the doctor?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..
We need to be sure whether it is just a sinus infection or a lower respiratory tract infection..
You can get a chest X ray done to know..
Depending on that you can either take a higher antibiotic or if it is a sinus infection, you may have to go for wash of the sinus (antral lavage) or endoscopic sinus surgery..
In the meantime you can take a expectorant ( cough syrup).
Hope this answer is helpful to you..
Take care..
