Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Painful Bowel Movement

I have been diagnosed with a mass the size of a grapefruit. I orginally went to emergency because I thought I had a bladder infection. It was painfull having a bowel movement and urnitation was frequent. I was also feeling like I was in mild labour all the time. Since my diagnosis I fell in my garage and now my symptoms have almost diasappeared. I have no bleeding. Is it possible this mass could move around and ease my symptons?
