Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination, Back Pain And Blurred Vision

I am 59years old I have done my ultrasound test for the frequent urination and could not control it Dr advice me to start the above medicine for two months as it is the beginning after three days I am having a pain in my back and blurred vision shall I stop the medicine or continue and Unable to ejaculate semen during intercourse. Should i stop medicine?

These are symptoms and signs of several diseases most likely diabetes. because of frequent urination and blurred vision.
Back pain can be because of arthritis of the vertabrae
Confirm which drug which you are taking because some drugs like laxis frusamide can make you pass urine frequently
The check ups you need
. Blood pressure
. Blood sugar
. Urinalysis for infection in the urine
- EUCs for kidney functions
- X ray of the back.
- MRI of the spinal vertabrae
- PSA levels - prostate can give the symptoms of frequent urination and back pain.
Pelvic ultra sound or Ct scan to assess for the size of the prostate.
Treatment will depends on the out come of the investigations
For the blurred vision before you stop the drug consult ophthalmologist for proper eye exam.
For the prostate consult urologist.
