Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination, Constipation And Fatigue

I had a Left salpingo-oophorectomy with chromopertubation May 2015. Menstrual cycles have always been regular prior to and after the procedure. LMP 08/04/2015. Currently having breast tenderness, episodic nausea, frequent urination, constipation, and fatigue. Urine HcG negative x s 4, but first morning urine not used. What else could be causing these symptoms?

I really appreciate your concern, it is better to get done the ultrasonography test and this is the best option you have as long as the given history is concern here, else it may be due to some hormone changes, if pregnancy is suspected the it is less likely hope this information helps.
