General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
your symptoms suggest more of urinary tract infection.
i would advise to,
do a urine routine test and get evaluated with physician along with your report.
having full course of antibotcs, i.e fluroquinolones would relieve you of symptoms, do have plenty of water.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
thank you.
I find this answer helpful
