Hello and welcome to HCM. well, we need to know the results of the blood tests done for diagnosing Diabetes, like FBS, PP2BS, HbA1c. your urine showed glucose , which suggests that you're likely to be diabetic. you should give details of your age, family history of diabetes, occupation and any other disease or medication you may be taking. accordingly, other tests are likely to be advised.don't worry about the bubbles in urine. it's normally seen in many patients and maybe of no significance.
