Hi. The cause of frequent urination can be incomplete emptying of bladder, UTI, persistent GUTB or overactive bladder. How is ur urine flow and what is residual urine left after u void. So get Uroflowmetry and Ultrasound KUB with post void residual urine done. I hope u have ruled out GUTB. If these test reports r fine and u have normal urine routine and culture, then u have overactive bladder... Take anticholinergics like Solifenacin or Tolterodine.
If u have high residual urine and persistent UTI, u may require catheterization and probably injectable antibiotics. Once u have improved, u can continue with Clean intermittent catheterization for complete bladder evacuation.
