Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination

I have been experiencing frequent urination at 15 times a day for about a week. Had a PSA, Urine Test and Blood taken. Results came back negative. No Diabetes, Or enlarged Prostate, no pain or burning , no increase thirst or hunger. Urine is now clear as the color of water because I have peed so much. Drink enough to stay hydrated, but have to go once I ingest it. Sip on Gatorade every so often to keep the electrolytes in balance. It has really interrupted the quality of life. What could this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Frequency of urination without infection may be part of hyperactive bladder, detrusor muscle instability, sphincter problems or other neuropathic related issue. Kindly discuss the need of a uroflowmetry with your doctor, the results of which are vital to stamp the diagnosis and cure guidelines accordingly. In my clinic, I do recommend Oxybutynin type of medications for symptomatic relief till the results are awaited.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
