Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination

I just got my urine analysis done . Reason feeling full in hte bladder. I keep passing urine every one hour. I felt there should be some infection or my sugar level might have gone up or something to with my prostrate. I am 40 year male.

Abdomen scan normal

Blood and urine sugar normal

Urine analysis all normal , but pus cell 3-4 and epithelial cell 2-4.

Could there be any prolem of infection?

Regards
