Suggest Treatment For Friction Burn On Penile Shaft

I have intercourse regularly with a certain female. I get a friction burn on my shaft during this time. I know it is not a lubrication problem, I told her it is probably hair stubble that is causing this discomfort yet she says she hasn t shaved the area for awhile. This is happening both protected and unprotected. Is the anything that can fix this problem because I do care for this woman but we both agree while not the whole relationship basis our relationship will start to suffer if we don t have a strong sex life.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Your problem is due to friction burn by hair.
First shave your and partner hair.

Take following advice:
1.Change to a simple, unperfumed soap.
2.Use aqueous cream and use it as body-wash cream
3. Put two handfuls of salt in the bath, but no other additives
4. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
6. Use Man 1 Man Oil-contain: with vitamins, minerals and shea butter- it moisturizes the skin and prevents flaking or cracked skin while revitalizing and enhancing the sensitivity of the penis
7. Apply clotrimazole cream if severe or not resolved
8. Use condoms and lubrication during sex and insert penis when vagina get fully wet.

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
