Dear Friend, first of all I would like to congratulate you for you are recovering from a reoccurrance of metastatic BrCA.With CIPN this foot drop, frozen ankles etc quite commonly happen.also you you have coronary heart disease and Pacemaker.so whatever you do you should keep in mind all these comorbid conditions.a through clinical check-up and then according to that a home regimen of physiotherapic exercise will help to get rid of all this muscular and joint problems and certainly add to your mobility.as you are allergic to medicine used in neuropathic pain you have to stress on physiotherapy regimen.hope ,you will be able to to keep dancing at the Piano Bar.best wishes for your health in future days.thank you.
