Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having frozen shoulder problem in my left hand, I am getting physiotherapy treatment for it. My physiotherapist has advised me to take one vovron tablet daily. And one of my family Ayurvedic doctor advised me to take mobizox. But I have not taken any of the two as I believe that if the pain is not so unbearable, u should avoid pain killers. What will you advise? I want to cure my self ASAP. But what is the best treatment for it then?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Frozen shoulder causes limited movement of the shoulder joint and occurs commonly due to trauma, overuse of the hand or shoulder while diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular stroke can also be a cause.. You are advised to take Voveran as it is anti inflammatory painkiller and will help in reducing inflammation of muscles and soft tissues and will help in relieving pain and also improve movement.. You should continue taking Voveran and along with it do stretching exercises as advised by physiotherapist. You can also do warm compresses before stretching exercises.. Apply a combination of analgesic and muscle relaxant ointment..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
