Hi,
The pain you have been experiencing may be due to the following causes:
1)
Lumbar spondylosis and cervical radiculopathy
2) Lumbar compression fractures
3) Lumbar disc degeneration or injury
4)
Diabetes mellitus related neuropathy
5) Ankylosing spondylosis
Your problem may be very mild to moderate lumbar and cervical radiculopathy. To make the specific diagnosis, MRI spine would be the best investigation. But for now, your symptoms can be alleviated by the following measures.
1) During the acute pain period, take complete bed rest. Rest your spine completely
2) Postural correction: Avoid abnormal spine postures
3) In case of
severe pain, NSAIDs can be taken like tab Ibuprofen or
Aceclofenac with a
muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxazone
Muscle strengthening exercises after pain gets relieved under supervision of physiotherapist is suggested.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
