Suggest Treatment For Functional Ovarian Cyst

I am a 31 yr old lady and I have a functional ovarian cyst on the left side. The pain is so severe and lasts for at least 5 days every month before my menstral period. Pls what can I take to melt the cyst away or stop the pain. It hurts my back and left knee too. Please help!

Pain in the cyst is common , so also in the back & in left ( may be a radiating pain ).
Now read this carefully and your cysts will be alright .
Cysts are often caused by hormone changes . Using BIRTH CONTROL PILLS ( sometimes metformin is also advised with pills ) can sometimes helps regulate hormone levels so that the cysts can be taken care of .
When you will visit a gynecologist she will likely advise you to take this treatment for cysts.
Your doctor will likely want you to come back after you have taken birth control pills to SEE if the cyst is gone.
At that time the doctor may suggest you stop using birth control pills as well as metformin or , if indicated you may need to continue this treatment for a bit longer.
So don't take any tension , consult a gynecologist and take treatment .
For pain you can take iburpofen or drotavirine tablet.
