I have been dealing with a nail fungus on my one thumb for 2 years, tried gentamycin drops then an antifungal pill. Now it’s spread to the other thumb. it’s under the nail and looks a bit yellowish. What is an effective treatment? Even the dermatologists don’t seem to know. I’m a psychiatric RN with medical background
