Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fungus infection on and near the private parts which is very common at times due to excess of frictional heat produced due to rubbing of clothes. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid touching it too much. Avoid using any kind of cold creams or or lotions or oils, as it might increase the infection. I would suggest you to start using topical antibiotic/antiseptic cream like mupirocin over lesion for 2-3 days. If condition exaggerates, you should visit dermatologist and get complete examination done. Start treatment after complete examination. Doctor may prescribe antifungal ointment. Wear loose clothes. Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
