Suggest Treatment For Fuzzy Sensation In Nose And Headache
Hi I have a fizzy sensation up my nose and a very sore head ache. I don t normally suffer from headaches. I also have diahorrea and have just returned from a holiday in Cambodia. My children also all have diahorrea but do not seem to have any other symptoms but tiredness.
To get rid of a fizzy nose you can take anti histamines. Use a humidifier to feel better. For headache, take acetaminophen, one SOS when needed. Dehydration and fatigue causes headache. Take plenty of ORS, soups, juice or any other beverage. Stay well hydrated to keep your electrolyte balance normal. Take nutritious food and adequate rest. For diarrhea, take anti diarrheals (Loperamide or pepto bismol). You need to take adequate sleep. If oral medicines don't work to control diarrhea then visit ER, you may need intravenous support.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
