Suggest Treatment For Gall Bladder And Ureteral Stones

Sir, I have 19 mm stones each one in gall bladder and in ureter and a 3mm stone in right kidney.Yesterday after USG, as per its report,the doctor hs prescribed NEERI tablets 2x3times per day for one month.But the pain is unbearable.Suggest me. Raghava Rao

Ureteral stones are in most cases treated consevatively and surgery is rarely indicated since these pass spontaneously in most cases. However, galbladder stones especially if larger than 1cm, may not resolve on its own and surgery should be considered if medical therapy is unsuccesful.
