After whole abdomen USG, gall bladder report -it is normally distended, solitary calculus in the lumen,measuring mm,gall bladder wall thickness is normal, no pericholecystic fluid collection seen.impression- solitary gall stone.is their any worrie? last September microsurgery of a tumor operated,furbther operation essential? Gallstone is an incidental finding and not all stones are symptomatic. If you experience recurrent attacks pain, surgery may be needed. Consult a gastro surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.
