Suggest Treatment For Gas, Bloating, Heartburn And Loss Of Appetite

Hello. My wife is 58 years old. She has been having been having a lot of internal gas, bloating, heartburn, loss of appetite for the past 10 weeks. She has seen a GI Dr. and has been scoped, found nothing major, other then extra acid in stomach, gastritis. However, she s been on various medicines and bland diet for over 6 weeks and the symptoms have remained. Any suggestions??
