Suggest Treatment For Gas Stuck In Abdomen After A Laparoscopic Procedure

Yes, I just had a laporscopic procedure removing scare tissue. However, the gas that was used is trapped in my lower abdomen. can I use a heating pad or take something that will help eliminate it. It should of been gone by now as it has been three days since surgery. No fever or bleeding, just bloated and uncomfortable.
