Suggest Treatment For Gastric In Baby

My one and half month baby passes motion once in three days.He has too much of gastric problem too.Earlier i was giving him lactogen and now i changed to dexolAC PREMIUM ONE BUT SAME response.Is there any remedy?Note-.I am feeding him my breast milk also along with formula.

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I would appreciate if you had mentioned how many days once he is passing motion. Because this age kids usually have different cycles of passing motion and usually this doesn't require treatment unless there is blood in the motion and he hasn't passed for the past 7 days you need not worry.
