Hello welcome to the health care

You are mentioning gastric problem since two week

So it could be infective gastritis or ulcer for which antibiotic course prescribed along with rabeprazole medication also

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals

As far as investigation concerned USG abdomen or x ray should be done

If no improvement doctor will plan endoscopy examination and urea breath test for further work up

Hope your concern solved
