Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Positive H.pylori

Sir, my wife suffering from gastritis since 2005, she has been taken 6/7times endoscopy. Also she suffering from while milk discharging from her brust (she have 2 boys 18 & 15 years old). After diagnosis prolactine - 537. this is due to side effect/over use of Pan-D (domperdine) doc said. Recently taken UGIE & antral biopshy (RUT) then the result was - H Pylori - Positive. The doc prescribed Nexpro HP Kit 1 Kit/day. she taken 2 days she pass stool 5-6 times a day, the same we told to the doc and he changed the Sibofix - 400, she taken and get lot of problem with her stomach . It makes extreme noises and develop lot of gas in stomach also more pains in abdomen. I kindly request you to provide a solution for this. Thanks in advance

Thanks for posting in HCM.

After going through the description, it appears that one of the antibiotic in H.pylori kit is causing abdominal discomfort and passing of loose stools. But she needs to complete the prescribed course.

For this, you can take Lactobacillus supplement like Sporolac powder or tablet and use Probiotics like Darolac Z sachets or powder.

Let her drink plenty of water. Also let her take curds in the diet. She should avoid gastric irritant foods like spicy foods, oily foods and beverages till she completes the course.
