13 yr old daughter - dr. said gastritis - we are on a med (omeprazole). She has been on this for a month - maybe 6 weeks. She goes in spurts with feeling better. this week - not doing so great. The pain is upper middle region. We are trying a no-dairy diet as she could not handle Milk, soy milk when she was younger. We are just trying to figure out if we need a different medicine - or diet? Any suggestions?
