Suggest Treatment For Gastritis

I had both ovaries removed as well as my Fallopian tubes . A tape repair for my bladder and a cystocele repair with mesh and vault repair with mesh nov 9 2015. I now on most days look 6 months pregnant and have mega gas issues.. What should I be doing or is this just mee. I also gained 11 pounds since December 16,

you need a thorough assessment before any steps.

Also, as you mentioned you have undergone abdominal surgery in the past and now you have gastritis it shows to me as your metabolism has become slower.

For which I will advice you to take physical therapy for strengthening the muscles of core and general body conditioning as it will help improve the metabolism and immune system as well. also with exercises your abdominal muscles will be toned and you may have a proper digestion, metabolism and toned abs.

I have seen females with similar complaints post surgery, as we put them on proper physical therapy and 99% of their symptoms are reduced.

Also, I advice you the same.
