Suggest Treatment For Gastritis
i had a gastroscope yesterday and was diagnosed with gastritis. I have been feeling sick and have had nausea constantly for last 4 months. feel movement in my abdomen. feel really hormonal and breasts are tender but have had regular periods. I am 45 years old. Someone said i could still be pregnant!!I am confused. please clarify

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take antacids and other drugs to reduce stomach acid.
-Avoiding hot and spicy foods.
- For gastritis caused by H. pylori infection, you should take antibiotics plus an acid blocking drug (used for heartburn)
