Suggest Treatment For Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
I have gastroesophogeal reflux disease, but sometimes when I eat foods with spice, I get very sick. I feel nauseated, and weak, and it feels as if someone is pouring acid on my intestines. I causes my bowel movements to turn into mush basically. (sorry to be so graphic) I need help. What is happening to me?
Hi there, Thanks for using HCM. For relief from gastroesophageal reflux disease, take prilosec. Avoid coffee, citrus, tomotoes, fatty food. Do not eat full stomach. Eat multiple smaller meals and go to bed 2 hours after food. Take probiotics for the altered bowel movements.
