Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a 2yr. old semi potty trained throughout the day that has a rash with small to medium size bumps and some larger red ones that look like blisters In the gentil area and on the scrotum they come and go ( for the last 45 to 60 days) we have tried steriod creams as well as antibiotics none of which seem to cure the problem.
You might try an anti fungal cream. Fungal rashes typical look like small pink bumps, have some itching, and an area of smooth pink skin. If the bumps look pus filled or like wet fluid blisters, the rash should be seen by your pediatrician.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
