Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Not all warts require treatment they generally go off on their own. warts are caused by
HPV infection. However, even after warts are removed, the virus may cause future outbreaks. Also, treatments may or may not decrease the risk of passing genital warts to someone else.
Generally, I would prescribe
podofilox or
trichloroacetic acid, which kill the wart tissue, or
imiquimod, a cream that stimulates your immune system to fight the virus.the red dot on the
clitoris is due to superficial epithelial injury due to rubbing, that does not require any treatment and will heal within few days but do avoid further injury, maintain good hygiene to prevent infection.
Let me know if this was helpful and do ask if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Akash Kumar
