Suggest Treatment For Getting A Good Sleep

sir iam 44years old.i was drinking alchol 8 years back.now my problem is that i wont get sleep.since 8 years iam taking lorozipham 2mg avil 50 and paracetamol500mg daily.do you belive me that since 8 years i have not slept naturally and satisfactorly.i met phychiatrists but no body helped me.and some time if i have drink alchol even 60ml i am getting reaction like eyes will become red and breathing proplem and heart beat inreses more and i will get alchohol smell for my self and i will vamit.i dont know what is the problem i did not taken any treatement to quit drinking i dont know my wife might have given any ayurvedic drugs.why this severe reaction will happen due to lorozipham tablet or what.realy iam warrying very much.i mean i do not want start drinking again. i want get good sleep and i want to getup with freshly and get good concentration.please help me in this condition.since 6months in the afternoon i will get dizziness some times i felt that i am going to die.please help me sir

hiiii
first avoid alcohol it worsenes ur sleep pattern
u have to follow sleep hygienie
1) set sleep time and wake up time and stick on it
2) use bed only when u feel sleepy
3) envionment of bed room must be cool and dark
4) do regular exercise
5) do meditation
6) avoid heavy meal in dinner
7) avoid tea cofee and soft drink before 3 hours of sleep
8) avoid alcohol
9) bath before sleep
10)avoid smoking in bed
11) use light music or read boring book in bed
and of course take medicine if needed
best one is tab zolpidame 10 mg which has less addictive potential
