Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms described by you may not be associated with you being in the attic.
Symptoms related to stomach suggest some gastrointestinal problem or problem associated with digestion.
Cramping of legs suggests cramping of muscles of the legs.
The cramping may be due to dehydration.
Other causes include musculoskeletal problems.
I suggest you to consult your primary health provider for clinical assessment.
Treatment can only be instituted after clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
