sir.

i have Left side grade II-III varicoceles & Right side mild hydrocele

which operation is best for me (Open Surgery ,Microsurgery & Laproscopy ) once this operation done Recovery time how long to be normal sperm anlyase

my sperm count is

15/07/2012

3 million,

Progressively motile = 3% ,

Non-Progressively motile = 97% ,



18/08/2012

0.5 million,

Progressively motile = 50% ,

Non-Progressively motile = 10% ,

Immotile = 40%



10/10/2012

12.2 million,

Progressively motile = 25% ,

Non-Progressively motile = 60% ,

Immotile = 15%

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Please request your Doctor to go for an open approach doing the classical surgery for varicocele. Laparoscopic surgery will not help. The mass of the varicocele has to be excised and testis be elevated ...
