Hello

Granular pharyngitis is generally secondary to an infection somewhere else in the body like a sinus infection or maybe due to acid reflux from the stomach , or chronic exposure to pollutants or smoke.Once the cause is known , you can be treated accordingly and i would like you to meet your ent doctor in this regard. For the time being you can start gargling with warm salt water 2-3 times a day , it will soothe your throat and give you relief.

Thanks
