As per your complain it seems that you have
Pericoronitis and
gum infection in case of wisdom tooth is caused mostly due to it..
It is true that
metronidazole [metrogyl] is excreted in milk so it is not indicated in breast feeding mothers and you should not take it in case you have to feed your baby and any other medication should also be taken only after consultation with your gynaecologist and obstetrician..
As far as treatment of pericoronitis is concerned Amoxicillin 250 mg is considered safe while for pain
Paracetamol can be taken..
You should do warm saline gargles,
chlorhexidine gargles, and maintain a good oral hygeine and avoid food lodgement in that area will help in resolution of infection and inflammation soon..
