General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You can consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

Most probably it is a lymph node and may not be gynecomastia.

Once the diagnosis of gynecomastia is confirmed it is better to go for surgical excision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
