Hi Dear! Thanks for posting your problem on HCM! Incomplete date. However, I really appreciate your pblm do not worry it will be solved. The underlying conditions, such as hypogonadism, malnutrition or cirrhosis, medications that can cause gynecomastia like Antipsychotics, Cimetidine, Spironolactone, etc if any should be treated or the offending medications should be stopped or alternate medications should be used in their place. There are two medications available for the treatment of gynecomastia: Tamoxifen and Anstrazole. Other options are liposuction or mastectomy if the problem is not solved with the medications.
