General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If the nipple is dried up, you can apply Vaseline or petroleum jelly for symptomatic relief.

If there is a visible enlargement of the breast tissue, surgical correction will be the best option. Consult a plastic surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
