Suggest Treatment For Haemorrhoids And Rectal Pain

Long story and has been chronic for going on 3 months. All of the sudden issues with hemmoroids and have thrombosed twice. Hard to use restroom each morning. Stabbing burning pain rectally that lasts for hours or days. I have been bed ridden due to these issues since end of may. Seen gi specialists and primary. Lots of tests and no answers. Had Ct scan and nothing showed. They want me to do MRI now? I am desperate and doctors are not helping with lack of communication and concern.
