Suggest Treatment For Hair Growth

Hello, I have been trying to grow out my hair since 2009 and I have only had very tiny trims to my hair. I was just wondering if this might be something I need to ask a doctor about because my hair has been the same length for 7 years with hardly any growth.

Hello dear,
I read carefully your question, here are some tips:

1. Hair growth is related to general body health. Sometimes even a hidden anemia from iron deficiency or a hidden hypothyrosis can slow hair growth. So, if I were you, I would check my hemoglobin and my thyroid functioning
2. Even if you need iron or thyroid hormones, or not , I would take extra care on foods, have 10 glasses of water per day
3. Take a multivitamin supplement , which contains a lot of Biotine
4. Take virgin coconut oil! Eat one teaspoon every morning. Also put a small amount of oil on scalp and keep it at least 3 hours before washing. Use 2 times per week
5. Take castor oil and alternate with coconut oil 2 times per week too
6. Be patient, it would take 3 months before seeing first results.

Hope to hear good news soon ! Thanks for asking!
