Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss And Greying Of Hair

hi Doc, I am 31 years old. I have hair fall and hair whitening problem last 2 years. Past one year have a neuro problems in my leg so i have to take PREGABID NT for one year. After this my hair fall and whitening increase doubled. Someone prescirbed CoBaDex-Z and FEFOL-Z for my hair fall and whitening, is it fine to take. Or any other solution?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
What appears from your description about your hair problem is that you might be having started with male type of baldness.
Since it is due to hormones, it needs a different type of treatment altogether.
What you are taking medicines are fine for preventing premature greying of hair.
But for hairfall arrest and growth of new hair, you need to use Minoxidil 5% solution twice daily. Over a period of 6 months to 1 year, you will appreciate new hair growth.
Also control dandruff by using ketokonazole shampoo and Selenium based shampoo.
