23 y/o male.Over the last 2 years my hair has turned from voluminous thick to thinner and little fuzzy along with a receeding hairline.Have started vitamin supplements,good diet and regular exercise but it still seems to be progressive.Also my blood reports including thyroid are normal.Im sure if I don t intervene,within a years time I will have Frank balding.Should I start with topical minoxidil? Can it be used every alternate day instead of daily for better compliance? Once I start , the use should be lifelong or I can taper off if I get satisfying results?
