Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss In An Elderly Person

my hair seems to be receding at what would be a part line..im assuming its just my age (71) however i wonder if volume shampoo and conditioner helps any at all...i dont have thyroid trouble or high cholesterol..i seem to have a healthy scalp however i do wash my hair everyday..its never been real thick but my hair is fine...any suggestions???
