I am thinking to take biotin 5000mcg and vitamin e but still quite not sure. Because some people having breakout on their skins after taking 5000mcg. Please help me out
However taking Biotin does not always cause you rashes but it is always advisable to take any supplements after consulting a Physician..
So my suggestion is to better once consult a Skin specialist or a Trichologist and get yourself checked..
For now you can continue Minoxidil and along with it you should also massage the scalp with olive oil.. You can also take Indian Gooseberry powder daily with water.. Take a nutritious diet and avoid excessive stress. Drink plenty of water..
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
