Hello Welcome to HCM

You are on Setraline 50 mg and Clonazepam 1 mg for depression and insomnia. You also take take alcohol daily. You have matrozone for high cholesterol. You have been having hallucinations and dreams in night and morning.

Most likely the reason of nightmares is clonazepam you are taking. Clonazepam is known to cause change in sleep architecture and it results in night mares. You are also taking alcohol which is also a brain depressant. It also increase the brain depressant effect and night mares. Avoid using the alcohol in night as you are already taking clonazepam. This is increasing the complications.

Hope this helps you, consult your psychiatrist of expert opinion.

Thanks
