Suggest Treatment For Hallucinations And Paranoid Behavior Post A Surgery

I have a friend who is like a mother to me. she had surgery 2012 when she came through she began hearing things that was not happening. she was very paranoid. she had delusions of someone in her place. she eventually was able to function get some strength back and did not let her paranoia take over her every moment. for some reason things have gotten worse. doctors said she had a stroke during surgery. no one is giving us enough information to cope. we are in Alaska where some things are limited. since hallucinations and delusions are a rare affect of a stroke there is no group up here for that. information is not readily available from doctors. how do we help her?
