General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
It is unfortunate that you have landed up in having hamstring injury.
It takes some time for such injury to heal.
Take Tablet. Diclofenac with Chloroxazone twice a day after food for pain and muscle relaxation. After a week or ten days. you can start with physiotherapy exercises and nerve and muscle electrical stimulation strengthening exercises.
Apply Diclofenac gel on the part everyday at bedtime.
Hope you recover fast from your injury. Wish you all the best.
