Suggest Treatment For Hand Tremors And Right Arm Pain Upon Movement

I have problems with my right arm and hand. Raising my arm becomes increasingly painful at shoulder height, and behind my back. I have mild to moderate paresthesias in my forearm. I have tremors in my right hand, especially when trying to reach out and manipulate things. Occasionally I have trouble grasping what I reach for. I have not had a significant injury to this arm. What are the likely causes for this? Are there worthwhile treatments? Ron Email
