Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently visited the neurologist about tremors. His concern is Parkinson s. MRI was normal. I won t be able to see the movement specialist for a month. Today, I had a confrontation with someone. All verbal and didn t feel terribly upset but I began to feel very light headed, got a headache, and the tremors noticeably increased. Any thoughts?
Neurologist can diagnose Parkinsonism with your clinical signs and symptoms/Findings.
MRI may be normal.Usually resting tremor present in hands -Parkinson's. Because of anxiety tremor may aggravated.
But in Full pledged Parkinsonism There wont be Emotional reactions present in face. They say mask like face. May be you are having mild type. For head ache you can take Calpol 650 sos.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
